arm-bsp/linux: add asymmetric AArch32 EL0 support for TC0

This adds patches for asymmetric AArch32 EL0 configuration support for
android11-5.4-lts kernel. And enables CONFIG_ASYMMETRIC_AARCH32 and
disables CONFIG_KVM in TC0 defconfig.
