n1sdp/n1sdp_system: add n1sdp_system module 



This patch adds the n1sdp_system module to product/n1sdp/module
directory.

n1sdp_system is responsible for switching ON SYSTOP domain, copying
AP firmware to DDR and powering ON primary core.
