tc: multibuild support

Build-scripts now knows how to build all target permutations from the
same checkout. This moves around the deploy directory for scripts so
update it accordingly. It also does away with the trusty distinction,
instead relying on multibuild to handle it, therefore changing (and
unifying!) a bunch of binary names.
