tc2: Update the run_model.sh for the change in the RSS Upstream

* Remove css.scp.c0_pik.rvbaraddr_lw and css.scp.c0_pik.rvbaraddr_up.
* AP reset vector change is not required now, since RSS is loading the AP BL1
  to the default reset location (0x00).
