Change of global declaration from "global <function name>:fiunction" to more portable "global <function name>"

- sse/aes_cfg_128_one.asm file renamed to sse/aes_cfg_128_one_sse.asm
- avx/aes_cfg_128_one_avx.asm file added
- aes_cfb_128_one prototype removed from mb_mgr.h and
  moved to prototypes moved to arch multi-buffer managers
- mb_mgr_code.h uses a macro to call proper implementation of AES CFB 128

- SSE implementation of AES CFB 128 added to support partial DOCSIS blocks.
  AVX implementaion of the function will be added shortly to address potential
  performance degradation when mixing SSE with AVX code.
- DOCSIS cipher option added and implemented via existing AES CBC 128
  multi buffer implementations and new AES CFB 128 code.
