Run tests for all cipher and hash combinations

No longer needed since only specified tests can be run now.
- Removed test type and other unnecessary defines
- Removed test_types array with list of enabled test types/groups
- Removed unnecessary functions iterating through test types

In order to keep backwards compatibility,
the old names are also exposed, unless
NO_COMPAT_IMB_API_053 is defined (which is now also
used for compatibility with last stable version 0.55).

Also, NO_COMPAT_IMB_API_053 is passed through the
library Makefiles.

To avoid a false positive test in Chacha20-Poly1305 SGL tests,
the two digests to compare (linear_digest and sgl_digest)
are initialized with different values.

IMB_AUTH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SGL and IMB_AUTH_ZUC256_EIA3_BITLEN
were missing tag sizes in array.
