For binary compatibility replaced defines from the API with symbols 

- defines mapping AVX2 or AVX512 API into AVX or SSE replaced with symbols
- inline API functions replaced with regular functions
- added 48 bytes of reserved space in MB_MGR structure for future use and
  securing binary compatibility
