perf: [GCM] add support for SGL API 

In order to test the GCM SGL API (init, update, finalize),
a new parameter is introduced: "--gcm-sgl-api".
By default, the GCM API is the direct API for single segment,
but using this application parameter, the SGL API is benchmarked.
