avx2: [aes-gcm] use new multiply & reduce in the remaining code paths 

List of updated macros: GHASH_LAST_8(), GHASH_LAST_7(), GHASH_8_ENCRYPT_8_PARALLEL(),
INITIAL_BLOCKS() and INITIAL_BLOCKS_PARTIAL().
