Coding style fixes.

- Code style fixes in the library, LibTestApp and LibPerfApp
- Supressions added for false positives and problems that will be addressed
  later in the future
- Dates updated in Copyright headers
- fix in ipsec_perf app (not updated variant_ptr resulted in corrupted output)
