Added support for bit length AES-CMAC-128 (SSE)

- Added new JOB_HASH_ALG "AES_CMAC_BITLEN"
- Added new CMAC_BITLEN sturcture to job union
- Modified existing SSE AES-CMAC submit flush macro to handle
  message lengths in bits only
- For standard CMAC, message length will be converted to bits
