SimicsIch10Pkg: Fix GCC build issues

Removed Status variable as the SmmClear
function always returns EFI_SUCCESS.
Refer to the Smmclear function for
details

Removed SpiBaseAddress variable as this
address was never used in the SendSpiCmd function.
