Platform/Sgi: fix incorrect addresses in MADT table of RD-N2 platform 



GicBase, GicVBase and GicHBase addresses are not used from GICv3 onwards
in Madt table. Since RD-N2's GIC version is v4.1, make these base
addresses as zero in Madt table.
