Platform/Sgi: Enable LinuxBootBootManagerLib for RD-N2-Cfg1 platform 



Provide PcdLinuxBootFileGuid and use LinuxBootBootManager Library
instance of the PlatformBootManager Library for linuxboot in RD-N2-Cfg1
platform.
