When using a CT-NG toolchain as external toolchain (not with the integration) and said toolchain has u-w directories rsync fails. So instruct rsync to chmod u+w directories in the target copy to avoid the issue. [Peter: notice that this is a workaround for a rsync 3.0.8 bug] Signed-off-by:

ntfsprogs is now included into ntfs-3g so add an option to enable/disable it. It probably doesn't make sense to build ntfsprogs alone so it's not implemented. Add the encrypted volume support option now that we've got gnutls. Also add support for libuuid if it's present. Signed-off-by:

For custom projects, it is more maintainable to add custom profile settings in a separate file, than directly in /etc/profile. This patch modifies /etc/profile to read in *.sh files from /etc/profile.d/, a technique commonly used in Linux distributions. Signed-off-by:
