package/piglit: bump version to fix compatibility with mesa3d

Remove upstream patch [1].

This version bump contain a patch removing EGL_NO_CONFIG_MESA [2], a
define that no longer exists in recent Mesa versions.

Update indentation of hash file (two spaces).
