cryptsetup: remove e2fsprogs dependency

cryptsetup does not actually depend on e2fsprogs, but on libuuid that is a
dependency of e2fsprogs. Remove the e2fsprogs dependency, and add a direct
dependency on util-linux (libuuid provider).
