trinity: refactor dependencies using BR2_PACKAGE_TRINITY_ARCH_SUPPORTS

In order to avoid duplicating architecture dependencies in the trinity
Config.in file, this commit introduces a
BR2_PACKAGE_TRINITY_ARCH_SUPPORTS Config.in variable.
