build-test-tftf.sh: pass platform variant flag to TF-A build script 



If a platform defines $ARM_TF_BUILD_VARIANT in the platform config file,
extract the platform variant flag and pass it to the TF-A build script
by appending it to the $ARM_TF_BUILD_FLAGS.
