tc2: fix Android with GPU Hw rendering and/or AVB enabled boot on fpga 



This patch fixes the problems associated with:
 - TC2 Android with GPU Hw rendering not booting on FPGA;
 - TC2 Android Verified Boot not loading from MMC.
