Add changes to build linux kernel 5.18.4

Configs SYSTEM_TRUSTED_KEYS and SYSTEM_REVOCATION_LIST are used to
bake additional trusted X.509 keys directly into the kernel image,
which can be used to verify kernel modules before loading them.
As we are not adding any additional keys, hence disabling these configs.
