trusted-services: adopt recent changes

1. Changed the build environment from "hfsp-shim" to "sp" as the shim
   layer is no longer needed after the VHE is enabled.
2. The trusted services generates the binary in the name of the UUID.
   Hence, we change that to the secure partition name while copying it.
3. Added the version to the libts.so.
