aemfvp-a-rme: update aemfvp-a-rme platform manifests 



For the 2023.09.29 release of the AEMFVP-A-RME platform, update the
pinned and unpinned manifests accordingly. In this integration release,
the code aligns with the EAC2 release of the components used.
