Read the Docs recommends installing the Sphinx theme by listing
it as an enabled extensions prior to setting it as the active theme.

This commit adds it to the enabled extensions list as it was already
set as the active theme.

Read the Docs will stop defining `html_baseurl` Sphinx configuration,
which means that projects will need to define it by themselves to keep the
canonical custom domain properly configured.

The `READTHEDOCS_CANONICAL_URL` environment variable is used to define
`html_baseurl` to keep the previous behavior.

Also inject the `READTHEDOCS` variable into the `html_context`.

The rd-infra documentation has been moved in april and
a stub now details where it can be found. Remove teh
actual documentation and leave a comment with where
the history can be found in version control.

Update documentation about the changes being introduced in the
2023.12.22 release of the Base AEM-A-RME FVP platform software
stack. Updates include -

- updated basic information around CCA.
- moved setup workspace, build and docker setup in new guides.
- added use case for parallel realm and nsvm boot.
- added use case for SSH connection test between guest and realm.
- elaborated usecases with pre-requisites, steps and expected outcome.

The FVP version has been updated to 11.22.17 for the RD-INFRA-2022.03.24
release of the RD-E1-Edge platform. This version of the FVP includes the
fix to allow linux distribution boot.

The RD-INFRA-2022.12.22 release adds support for the RD-N2-Cfg3 platform
which is a variant of the RD-N2 platform. In addition to this, platform
software for existing RD-N2, RD-N2-Cfg1, RD-N2-Cfg2 and RD-V2 is also
refreshed. There are few new features included in the release. Update
all this information in the platform documentation.
