aemfvp-a-rme: Change scripts to work with containers

Change the rme test scripts so they can interact with
an FVP running inside a container. The scripts are now
mounted into the container running the FVP so they can
communicate with it over telnet. The log directory is
also mounted into the container, this allows the scripts
to interact with the logs as if they were stored locally
whilst ensuring all logs are available on the host machine.
