infra/common: document UEFI Based KVM Virtualization

Add a new document that explains the procedure to boot a guest linux
distro operating system with UEFI firmware on a virtualized platform
hosted on a host linux operaing system. This document guides to build
software stack, resolve prerequisites and boot the guests using kvmtool
and KVM.
