aemfvp-a: Use edk2-platform code from arm gitlab

Considering this as place holder until the changes are upstream'ed
to edk2-platforms. These changes are to
* enabled CLCD. This is needed to check the progress of the OS boot
* add mouse and keyboard memory map details
* add EFI_ACPI_IORT_MEM_ACCESS_FLAGS_CPM flag to pcie root complex
