lisa._assets.kmodules.lisa: Rework wq bindings

FIX

* Fix a race condition when dropping WorkItemInner (use
  disable_delayed_work_sync() rather than cancel_delayed_work_sync() and
  use manual synchronization with the work when
  disable_delayed_work_sync() is not available).

* Fix the use of TAIT for rustc <= 1.86
