lisa._assets.kmodules.lisa: Misc module update 

* Get the list of feature to enable from module parameter in Rust code.
* Simplify the API of define_feature!() by always requiring
  a FeaturesConfig for parent features.
* Rename ContextExt into ResultExt and add some method.
* Ensure the features visibility is appropriate.
