Update EBBR.yaml and SIE.yaml to latest U-Boot version

  1. Run SCT on system with firmware based on latest U-Boot.
  2. Triage failures.
  3. Create rules in the config files as necessary.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
