n1sdp: DMC620/DDR-PHY add support for 1200MHz & 1333MHz frequencies 



This patch adds support for 1200MHz & 1333MHz DDR frequencies. This
change updates both n1sdp_dmc620 and n1sdp_ddr_phy modules.

It also adds support for configuring multi-rank DIMMs.
